VCS alumna Shannon Broder launches Broderpress

Recently, VCS alumna Shannon Broder started Broderpress, a new business that expands on the work she’s made for the Degenerate Craft Fair (which she also organizes and runs each year). The new operation includes an expanded inventory of the stuffed silkscreened pillows she’s been making for the last couple years, as well as ornaments and hand-printed greeting cards.

In addition to an Etsy shop and a Facebook page, Broderpress also has its own website (shown above) where you can see images of her creations and contact her to inquire about commissioning custom-made items.

Shannon is also expanding Broderpress offline. She has been accepted as a vendor for three upcoming fairs, starting with Dekalb Market in Brooklyn tomorrow and Sunday and continuing later this summer with the Lyceum Spring Marketplace on May 5th and 6th and Renegade Craft Fair on June 23rd and 24th.

As Broderpress continues to evolve and Shannon takes part in more fairs and shows, I’ll get updates from her and post them here.
